RLN4920A  is the Phonak Inductive Neck loop (ONLY) and works with the (PMLN7696A Kit).  The RLN4920 neck loop is worn under clothing and connects to an existing 2 or 3 wire surveillance accessory. It provides communications from your radio to the PMLN7696A completely discreet earpiece.
